About NICRH
The National Institute of Cancer Research & Hospital (NICRH) is the only government-owned tertiary care cancer hospital in Bangladesh, located at Mohakhali, Dhaka-1212. Established to provide comprehensive cancer care, NICRH plays a pivotal role in cancer prevention, diagnosis, treatment, research, training and policy support across the nation.
With a multidisciplinary team of oncologists, surgeons, pathologists, radiologists, and allied health professionals, NICRH serves as the apex referral center for cancer patients from all over Bangladesh.
About NCC 2026
For the first time, the National Institute of Cancer Research & Hospital is organizing the National Cancer Conference (NCC) 2026 on 19 October 2026. This landmark event aims to bring together oncologists, researchers, public health professionals, and policymakers from across Bangladesh.
The conference theme, "Cancer Care for All: Bridging Prevention, Precision, Palliation and Policy", reflects a broad, inclusive, and future-oriented vision. It allows participation from all major disciplines of oncology, including prevention, screening, early diagnosis, surgery, medical oncology, radiation oncology, pathology, imaging, palliative care, cancer registry, public health, survivorship, rehabilitation and cancer policy.
