Pre-Conference Workshops
Pre-conference workshops may be arranged prior to the main conference day.
Inauguration & Keynote Lecture
The conference will begin with registration, kit distribution, and poster mounting, followed by the inaugural session and a keynote lecture.
Scientific Sessions & Poster Viewing
The scientific program will feature one Plenary Scientific Session and three Free Paper Presentation Sessions, providing opportunities for expert discussion and presentation of original research. Poster viewing and judging will continue alongside the scientific sessions.
Award & Closing Session
The program will also include an Award Session recognizing outstanding oral and poster presentations, followed by the Closing Session with concluding remarks and a vote of thanks.
Gala Dinner
The conference will conclude with a Gala Dinner.
